Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement (typically 30 days for month-to-month contracts).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms our business or reputation.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice.
